Install

Download the archive for your architecture, unpack it, and either run the
binary directly or let the bundled installer register it to start at boot:

tar xzf packrat-0.1.3-2026.aug.21-x86_64-unknown-linux-musl.tar.gz
cd packrat-0.1.3-2026.aug.21-x86_64-unknown-linux-musl
./packrat --seed-example          # try it
sudo ./install.sh --binary ./packrat   # or install it properly

The binaries are statically linked, so they run on any Linux of that
architecture. A container image for the same version is at
ghcr.io/t342guy/packrat:0.1.3-2026.aug.21.
