新增已有 SRT 字幕文件翻译：导入中文 SRT，生成英文 SRT，保留原序号、时间轴和常见样式标记，可选中英双语。

• 独立 ComfyUI 节点新增 Index Translate SRT 字幕翻译：粘贴字幕或填写 SRT 文件路径，默认 source=zh、target=en，自动写入 ComfyUI output。一个字幕文件复用同一次模型加载，不需要 Windows 服务。提供 API 工作流 examples/srt-translation.api.json。
• Windows 整合包新增「字幕翻译」页：上传或粘贴字幕、选择语言、逐条进度、取消、刷新恢复，以及完成后下载 UTF-8 BOM SRT。使用当前模型路径和术语表。中文 → 英文为默认设置；支持 UTF-8、UTF-16 BOM、GB18030，最多 1 MiB / 5000 条。
• 失败、截断或取消时不导出不完整字幕；保存前校验时间轴、字幕数量和样式标记。每条字幕的输出预算可调整。
• 此功能翻译已经带时间轴的 SRT；音视频需要先识别为字幕。纯文本不能推断真实时间轴，不需要为本次更新安装语音依赖。

已有 0.1.17–0.1.21 加速整合包：关闭启动器及服务，运行 update.cmd，或把 Windows 代码更新 ZIP 覆盖到原整合包根目录再运行 start.cmd。代码 ZIP 中的 EXE 位于 app/，启动时自动安装到根目录。Python 依赖、模型权重、用户数据与原路径设置保留。语音原生组件继续使用固定 SHA256 的 v0.1.21 资源；已有匹配组件无需重新下载或编译。

GitHub Windows ZIP 为代码更新，不含完整 Python 和模型；首次使用需要作者提供的完整整合包。ComfyUI 节点独立推理。Chrome 版本同步为 0.1.22，本次 SRT 文件翻译入口在整合包和节点中。

Validation: 349 Python tests and 4 subtests passed. Real Windows 2B CONVROT INT8 translation and independent ComfyUI 2B NF4 translation both exported all four Chinese cues to English with identical original indices and timestamps, including italic markup. Seven real Chrome checks passed: upload/default languages, refresh recovery, filename/download, malformed input, invalid glossary, bilingual export, and cancellation without partial export. Desktop/mobile layout checked with no horizontal overflow. Verification services exited and their CUDA memory was released. Actual hardware: Windows 11 / RTX 5090 Laptop.

Index Translate v0.1.21

修复真实用户反馈的内核调用兼容错误、运行时环境污染和整合包编译工具查找问题。

• 卷积适配器兼容旧调用中的 x=。旧 Qwen 缓存改用完整 PyTorch 路径，避免旧 CPU / 缓存误入新版 FLA、融合解码或静态缓存。此错误不要求安装 mamba-ssm。

• Windows 在导入 Qwen / FLA 之前，从实际私有 Triton 目录定位已经打包的 TinyCC、CUDA 工具和库。完整包无需用户安装 Visual Studio 或系统 CUDA Toolkit；第一次预热仍需自动生成当前 GPU 的缓存。

• CMD、EXE、翻译服务、更新器和语音 worker 忽略用户 Python 包及 PYTHONPATH / PYTHONHOME，修复外部 FastAPI / Starlette / Transformers 混入整合包的问题（#1）。

• 可选内核失败后回退 PyTorch；卷积缓存失败重试前恢复状态。编译失败后验证普通翻译可用。显存不足和致命 CUDA 错误继续明确报告。

• 显存与精度判断跟随当前 GPU；旧 CUDA 显卡的官方模型 auto 选择 FP32，NF4 使用 FP16。固定 BF16 / CONVROT INT8 档位要求原生 BF16 支持，提前报告不支持的硬件。

• 检查 PyTorch 实际编译的显卡架构，避免 CUDA 可见但推理无可用内核。官方模型 auto 在不支持时选择 CPU/FP32，手动 CUDA/量化档位提前给出提示；CPU 回退先隔离可选 FLA/卷积 CUDA 导入。

• 修复本地语音 WinError 10054 / HTTP body 中断：安全请求只重试一次，不杀掉仍存活的 worker；已提交音频重试返回相同字幕事件和 revision，不重复识别。旧会话不能跨进程重启复用，权限 / 显存不足 / 致命 GPU 错误不会作为网络波动重试。

• 补入多架构 CUDA 12.8、完全独立的 CPU 原生库，以及 Microsoft 签名的标准 VC++ DLL。GPU 架构和驱动在加载前检查，必要时选择 CPU 并显示慢速提示。CPU 原生库基线为 SSE4.2；CUDA 语音要求驱动 API 至少 12.8。

• 完整离线包预装原生库，旧包代码更新后首次语音加载自动获取独立约 149 MiB 资源，按固定 SHA256 验证并原子安装。首次获取需要联网，后续无需再下载；损坏归档保留旧库，失败回滚保留可恢复备份，无需编译器。代码更新包继续满足旧更新器的 50 MiB 限制。

• Registry 通过 .comfyignore 只发布独立节点，不附带 Windows / Chrome 二进制。

• 首次大资源加载允许 900 秒等待；加载和下载期间设置读取、关闭及撤销配对不再被长锁挡住。关闭后丢弃旧请求的迟到响应，不重新启动语音进程。

Validation: 327 Python tests and 4 subtests; 20 independent native compatibility checks; real 39.77-second speech decoded by the final GPU and CPU builds (10.11 / 66.03 seconds), using private VC++/OpenMP DLLs. CPU decode loaded no CUDA module. Independent legacy Transformers 5.3 CPU and real 2B INT8 CUDA translation passed, as did bundled Transformers 5.17 2B / 9B INT8 compiled, official BF16 and forced reference translation under clean compiler inputs. CPU prefill/cached decode and optional-import restoration passed on both Transformers versions; independent ComfyUI 2B NF4 inference passed with the standalone service stopped. The actual EXE passed nine lifecycle checks: closing active INT8/ASR exited all owned processes and released CUDA allocated/reserved memory to zero. Both old 0.1.17 and current updaters accepted the small code archive; separate native installation and all 25 binary hashes were verified. Actual hardware: Windows 11 / RTX 5090 Laptop. Other GPUs have not been individually tested.

Index Translate v0.1.20

• Windows 新增 T8IndexTranslate.exe · By T8star，启动后常驻任务栏。关闭窗口或点击「停止服务并退出」会先取消任务、关闭语音 worker、卸载翻译模型，再等待本包的服务退出。启动中关闭与重复启动也已验证。
• 「加载并预热」旁显示排队、加载/编译、验证、完成（绿色）或具体错误；刷新继续追踪，临时断网后恢复，可取消、重试。常规 eager 回退会明确说明。
• Chrome 「直接识别声音」点击后立即反馈准备/授权，随后显示模型加载、等待声音、采集秒数、暂停/结束或具体失败原因，重新打开弹窗可读取状态。停止与迟到启动应答已隔离。视频字幕区不显示进度大字。
• 累计修复：语音暂停/结束排空、跳转和后台重启的会话隔离；隐藏/重绘播放器与悬浮按钮恢复；配对撤销收尾；语音结束响应重试；下载提前断开的续传；量化清单检查；节点升级后的缓存失效。

下载与升级

1. Chrome：下载 IndexTranslate-Chrome-v0.1.20.zip，解压目录直接包含 manifest.json。已有用户覆盖原目录，重新加载扩展，再刷新网页；配对和偏好保留。Chrome 的声音授权、受保护视频和站点采集限制仍然适用。
2. Windows：已有 0.1.17 加速整合包先停止服务，再运行 update.cmd。也可将 IndexTranslate-Windows-code-v0.1.20.zip 直接覆盖解压到原整合包根目录，运行 start.cmd。为了兼容旧版更新器，EXE 在代码 ZIP 的 app/ 内，启动时自动放到根目录，无需改名/搬文件。该 ZIP 不含 Python、运行时或模型；0.1.16 及更旧包仍需作者分享的完整运行时升级。后续手动更新前关闭 EXE 窗口。
3. ComfyUI：下载 IndexTranslate-ComfyUI-v0.1.20.zip 或使用 ComfyUI Manager 更新，重启 ComfyUI 生效。节点在自己的 Python 中独立推理，不连接 Windows 服务。

模型目录可保持 Index-Translate-2B、Index-Translate-9B 或对应 ConvRot-INT8 名称，也可选择任意完整目录的绝对路径。Windows 可在界面选择翻译模型与已有 R2T2 语音模型目录；节点用 model_path。权重未变，无需重新下载。2B/9B 的首次编译等待仍存在，本次不是新的性能加速版本。

验证

Python 111 项及 4 subtest；预热前端 14 项；声音反馈 14 项；Chrome 生命周期 51 项；隔离 Chrome 真实加载。原生 EXE 8 项，包括中文空格路径、自带 Python、真实 2B ConvRot INT8 和 native R2T2 活动会话：关窗口后 worker/服务/GUI 退出，CUDA allocated/reserved 均为 0。代码 ZIP CRC/SHA256、旧 0.1.17 更新器升级与配置/模型保留另行验证。反馈检查使用受控授权/ASR应答，不代表所有视频网站和用户配置已完成音频授权。

English

Version 0.1.20 adds a persistent By T8star Windows taskbar launcher, nearby warmup progress/completion/error status and immediate Chrome speech-start feedback. It includes the previously local 0.1.18/0.1.19 fixes for speech lifecycle, pause/end/seek isolation, worker recovery, renderer controls, pairing revocation, terminal response retries, resumable downloads and quantization metadata.

Existing 0.1.17 acceleration bundles: stop the service and run update.cmd, or extract the Windows code ZIP over the original bundle root and run start.cmd. The EXE is inside app/ in this archive for legacy updater compatibility; the launcher installs it at the root automatically. No rename or manual move is needed. Closing the launcher cancels work, releases models/speech and waits for the owned service to exit. The ZIP excludes Python, runtimes and weights; earlier bundles still need a full runtime upgrade. Close the EXE before a later code update.

Extract the Chrome ZIP over the existing extension directory, reload it in chrome://extensions and refresh the page; pairing remains. The ZIP directly contains manifest.json. Chrome audio authorization and protected-playback restrictions still apply. Progress feedback remains outside the video subtitles. ComfyUI continues to run independently with its own Python and selectable complete model directories. Weights are unchanged.

Validation includes 111 Python tests plus 4 subtests, 14 warmup UI checks, 14 speech-feedback checks, 51 Chrome lifecycle checks and 8 native launcher checks with real 2B INT8/R2T2 resources released to zero CUDA allocated/reserved memory. Controlled capture/network fixtures do not establish support for every website.

Index Translate v0.1.17

ConvRot INT8 2B/9B support, independent model paths, and pinned Windows acceleration dependencies. New full Windows runtime required for acceleration. Warm up before viewing. Video priority, persistent exact cache, subtitle prefetch, long polling and stable speech phrase delivery. Reload Chrome once after updating. Code ZIPs exclude runtimes and weights; ComfyUI runs independently.

Cold-start clarification: the 40–60 second compilation measurement refers to 2B. On the test machine, 9B first compilation took about 116 seconds, plus about 20 seconds for model loading. Warm generation medians were 0.297 seconds for 2B and 0.672 seconds for 9B. These are local small-sample measurements.

Index Translate v0.1.16

Chrome 0.1.16 fixes page and video controls disappearing after refresh. A small Tiffany blue page bubble and subtitle, speech, and stop controls load automatically on ordinary HTTP/HTTPS pages. Click the bubble to translate. Pending video translations display the source subtitle without large translating or recognizing labels. Reload the unpacked extension and allow website access on all sites once after updating. No page text or audio is submitted merely by showing controls; automatic translation remains opt-in per site. Pairing and preferences are preserved. Compatible with the 0.1.14 Windows service; offline Windows bundles remain at 0.1.15. Tab audio capture still requires Chrome authorization. Code ZIPs exclude runtimes and weights.

Index Translate v0.1.15

Chrome now adds subtitle, speech, and stop controls inside video players. The page bubble defaults to the right edge and closes its panel on outside clicks. Vimeo caption messaging is supported with local speech fallback. Pending speech starts are serialized to prevent BUSY races. First tab audio capture requires clicking the Chrome toolbar extension action; the inline controls explain missing authorization. Compatible with the 0.1.14 standalone runtime. R2T2 speech recognition now supports an existing model directory without copying GGUF weights. Choose the path in the standalone Models and devices panel. Chrome video capture lifecycle, translation cache settings, and full-screen subtitles are corrected. Audio mode requires the 0.1.13 or newer complete Windows runtime; code-only updates cannot add speech dependencies to older bundles. Chrome now translates HTML5 subtitle tracks and can stream tab audio to the standalone R2T2 worker for videos without readable subtitles. Chrome 扩展 v0.1.11：名称改为「T8 Index Translate 本地网页翻译」。网页内新增蒂芙尼蓝色的可拖动悬浮按钮，点击即可翻译当前页，展开面板后可查看进度、停止、还原及重试。按钮位置会在浏览器中保存；已授权站点关闭自动翻译后仍可手动点击按钮。

安装 Chrome 扩展：下载 IndexTranslate-Chrome-v0.1.11.zip，解压后在 chrome://extensions 开启开发者模式，选择直接含 manifest.json 的解压文件夹并加载。请勿直接选择 ZIP 文件。此版本与 0.1.10 本地服务兼容。

本 Release 的 Windows ZIP 仅含代码，不含模型和 Python 运行时；完整离线整合包在项目发布渠道单独提供。
