This version introduces a few bugfixes and improvements, plus the ability to specify the name of the column in the input matrices for both biotea analyze and biotea annotate to something other than probe_id.
You can customize this in the config file for the analyze module or directly in the CLI for annotate.
This version of BioTEA is only compatible with 2.*.* containers.
