Changes

• Add the corrected Chihuahua and Yorkshire ModelEngine blueprints, with 80 x 112 embedded textures and matching UV coordinates to remove their mipmap warnings.
• Include the Yorkshire eyebrow corrections saved in Blockbench.
• Preserve all eleven animations in each model.

Reviewed and approved by CodeRabbit in #38. Generated resources are maintained in ServerAssets #50.

Model installation

Extract the two .bbmodel files from models/modelengine/companions/ into plugins/ModelEngine/blueprints/. Run meg reload models, then iazip, and apply the rebuilt resource pack on the client. These model corrections do not require replacing the plugin JAR or restarting the server.
