Changes

Players can use /rpcharacter mail off to hide their active character from the mail recipient list, on to restore it, or omit the argument to toggle. The setting persists across restarts and defaults to listed. Live/offline filtering and wardrobe refreshes respect the preference. Already-sent mail is unaffected.

Use with BirdMessenger 1.1.1 to reject a recipient who opts out after the sender opens the picker.
