Changes

• Add an opt-in conditional-events.commands list to tfmc.yml. Listed /tfmc paths that ConditionalEvents handles (e.g. kit iron remove, roll <args>) are added to the command tree, so they tab-complete, don't show as unknown commands, and don't error after ConditionalEvents runs them. The list is empty by default; changes need a restart.
