Changes

• Written books can be copied again with a Book and Quill at a crafting table. Every Book and Quill on the servers is an MMOItems item with disable-crafting, so MMOItems blocked the vanilla copy recipe: the copy showed in the result slot but couldn't be taken. TFMCCore now undoes only that MMOItems block on book copies. Blocks from other plugins still apply, and MMOItems still blocks every other recipe. Vanilla rules are unchanged: Tattered books and copies of copies can't be copied, and a copy keeps the original's skin.
• New allow-book-copies option in config.yml (default true, applied with /tcore reload config). Existing configs don't need the key.
