Learn about vigilant mode.

Fixes train wheels snapping back when switching between forward and backward. Wheels retain their pose while stopped and reverse from the matching position, including stops at the animation loop boundary.

Requires mirrored forward/backward wheel loops, paired by configuration order, and a configured wheel diameter. No configuration or model changes are needed for the existing TFMC trains.

Includes the vehicle repair fixes released in v2.4.2.

Validated with 599 tests and the release build. Change: #45
