Final release

This is (hopefully) our final release for our project.

Changes:

• Added all relevant physical properties when the -all flag is used in the Properties argument in the config-file.

Bug fixes:

• Config bug is patched. It is now possible again to run mdse simulate -f ... without -c flag.
• Shear calculations now works for all calculators.
• Simulation of length 1 does not crash.
