BCI v.1.4.0 Release

For the majority of new features introduced during the v1.4.0 beta cycle
(including Miner Trend, On-Demand Hashrate, and related observability
improvements), please refer to the v1.4.0-beta release notes.

This release focuses on stabilization, refinement, and final polish based on
extended beta observation.

Improvements

• Informational popups now use Observatory Amber while consensus-related
  warnings retain Alert Orange.* Split shared popup color constants into
  dedicated customization points, improving operator flexibility and
  simplifying future theme changes.

Network

• Added UASF Signal Monitoring to the Network panel.• New three-way distribution
  toggle allows operators to view:
  • Node Versions
  • Client Distribution
  • UASF Signals
    • Added direct-access shortcut to UASF Signals view.

Propagation Monitoring

• Fixed propagation display drift caused by peer topology changes.
  • Average Block Propagation Time now reflects the latest recorded propagation
    observation, aligning the display with the propagation history sparkline.

UI

• Removed application title from the header to reduce visual clutter and improve
  information density.

Internal

• Renamed BlockHistory → MinerBlockHistory.
  • Renamed BlockHistoryEntry → MinerBlockHistoryEntry.
  • General cleanup and codebase refinements completed during the beta
    stabilization period.
