LinLink v1.1.0 🔗📱💻

A seamless, fast, and secure local companion bridge for Android ↔ Linux and Android ↔ Android, with zero cloud dependency.

✨ What's New & Changes in v1.1.0

📲⚡📱 Sender-First Phone-to-Phone QR File Transfer

Re-engineered the phone-to-phone transfer mechanism to a fast, sender-initiated flow:

  • Pick First, Share Instantly: Sender taps "Send Files" to pick photos, videos, apps, or documents.
  • Dynamic Transfer QR: A unique session QR code is generated containing the queued files and local network endpoint.
  • Scan & Auto-Download: Receiver taps "Receive Files" to scan the QR code. All staged files download automatically to Downloads/LinLink without manual pairing steps.
  • Works 100% locally over Wi-Fi or Personal Hotspot with zero mobile data or internet.

🛡️ Strict Privacy Mode

  • No Directory Snooping: Phone-to-phone connections strictly block remote folder browsing (/fs/list) with HTTP 403 Forbidden.
  • Peers can only download files that were explicitly selected and shared by the sender.

📋 Background Clipboard Service

  • Added native Android foreground service support for persistent background clipboard sync.
  • Live persistent notification showing active sync status.
  • Full Wayland and X11 bi-directional clipboard synchronization.

💻 Terminal Shell Improvements

  • Fixed terminal screen clearing (clear / cls) behavior in linlink shell.

🎨 UI Refinements & Fixes

  • New PhoneSendDialog modal displaying queued file previews, total sizes, and network IP selector.
  • Resolved navigation bar layout overflow issues across various screen aspect ratios.
