v1.0.0 — first public snapshot

First public release: a complete, reproducible integration example for
BLE-native machine-economy nanopayments.

• apps/ecandle — ESP32-C3 energy seller: NimBLE 0xEE00 streaming,
  on-chip signing via BoAT MER, synthetic AC output, SoftAP captive-portal
  WiFi provisioning, MQTT settle-proof uplink. Chain-agnostic.
• apps/drone — ESP32-C3 energy buyer (BLE-only). Chain selected by
  CMake values at build time.
• cloud/ — Mosquitto broker, Next.js demo visualization (SSE),
  settle-worker, burn-intent-worker (BurnIntent → Circle → gatewayMint).
• docs/ — architecture, reproduce walkthrough, what-next.

Runs on Arc (mainnet + testnet — see README Networks). Upstream:
BoAT MER (Apache-2.0, pinned v1.0.1)
and the HashAnchor client SDK.

Scope honesty: the seller emits synthetic AC output (no proprietary
inverter protocol); no production keys or secrets are committed.
