I am not too fussed either way. Technically TMF missions require TMF so it wouldn't harm people using TMF, although the only potential con is making it harder to port a TMF mission to non-TMF mission which is really rare and not something we need to worry about. I am leaning towards it being in scope as an aid to assist mission makers.
