Palworld Server Manager v1.13.1 — The server console is back when starting with PalApi

A fix for a confusing regression reported right after 1.13.0.

  • Your server window was gone. With "Start this server with PalApi" ticked, no console window opened any more. The server was in fact running perfectly — ports listening, players able to join — it had simply become invisible, which made it look like the start had failed.
  • Why it happened. The manager has always asked the program it starts not to open a window. With the classic launch that never showed, because PalServer.exe opens a console for the real server itself. The plugin launcher does not.
  • The fix. When a server is started through PalApi, its console opens again, exactly as before. The classic launch is untouched — it already opens its own console, and a second window would have been empty.

Note: that console belongs to the server. Closing it stops the server — as it always has. Use the Stop button in the app for a clean shutdown.
