  1. cd $WRKDIR/DONOTREMOVE1.
  2. wget https://repo.anaconda.com/archive/Anaconda2-5.3.0-Linux-x86_64.sh
  3. bash Anaconda-latest-Linux-x86_64.sh
  4. gedit condaBash.sh

Filling:

export CONDA_PATH=$WRKDIR/DONOTREMOVE/anaconda2 export PATH=$CONDA_PATH:bin:$PATH export CPATH=$CONDA_PATH:include:$CPATH export LIBRARY_PATH=$CONDA_PATH:lib:$LIBRARY_PATH export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$CONDA_PATH:lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH

  1. source condaBash.sh
