Fixes a few bugs and adds the Hori Fighting Commander Octa as a controller type.

Also including a generated ctrlr file for XInput controllers, using all default mappings and options as a separate download, so you can try the results without needing to actually download and run the program.

As usual, expect a false positive due to pyinstall libraries being picked up by virus scanners, and back up ini & cfg files.

1/31 - Updated Windows installer to have a different install folder (permission issue) and switched from one-file compiling to use libraries (still seems to set off virus scanners).
