Release 11.6.7

Restores the highlighting teaser for non-matching results, fixes a frontend crash from an emptied
filter section in the plugin FlexForm, and adds a Docker HEALTHCHECK to the bundled Solr image.

This is the last planned release on this branch — EXT:solr no longer supports TYPO3 11 LTS after
this release.
