`addNamespaces()`, `resolvePhpNamespaceFromFluidNamespace()` and `isNamespaceValidOrIgnored()` as well as the associated constant `Patterns::NAMESPACESUFFIX` have been deprecated with Fluid 4.2 and are now removed.
