Added the remaining time as a moving average of the last 10 speed values calculated, as well as the number of builds that are still to calculate, and added partial documentation for some crucial methods.

Remember, for any of these binaries to run, the config and db folders must be present, as well as the up to date items.json as well as config.toml
data.db is included with the releases until I figure out a way to embed the creation of the database into the project.
