本版本主要完善阅读器内的日常操作：

• 工具栏图标随模式切换（关闭 / 画笔 / 框选），悬停 tooltip 显示当前模式
• 长按工具栏按钮或按数字键 1–6 可切换画笔颜色，无需进入偏好设置
• [ / ] 直接调整线宽（1–20 px）；绘制时在阅读器角落显示当前工具、颜色与宽度的提示徽标
• 统一中英文文案（locale / README / 偏好面板 / tooltip）

修复内容：

• 绘制期间抑制 PDF 文本被选中
• 插件启动失败不再导致整个插件禁用
• OFF 模式指针移动不再重复读取偏好设置

验证：TypeScript 类型检查零错误，80 项自动化测试全部通过。Zotero 9.0.6 手动验证清单（docs/manual-test.md 第 24–32 项）待执行。

This release is mostly about making the everyday flow smoother:

• The toolbar icon now follows the mode (OFF / PEN / RECTANGLE), and hovering shows a tooltip
• Long-press the toolbar button, or just press 1–6, to switch pen colors without opening the settings
• [ / ] adjust the pen width directly; while drawing, a small badge in the reader corner shows the current tool, color, and width
• zh-CN / en-US copy has been unified across locales, README, and tooltips

Also fixed a few long-standing issues:

• Drawing no longer drags out a text selection
• A failed startup no longer disables the whole plugin
• OFF-mode pointer moves no longer re-read preferences on every move

Typechecking is clean and all 80 automated tests pass. The Zotero 9.0.6 manual checklist (rows 24–32 of docs/manual-test.md) is still pending.

This is the current stable release for Zotero 9.0.x.

Changes

• Keep every visible pen stroke and rectangle fully opaque while a new gesture is being drawn.
• Start one shared 300 ms hold and 500 ms fade only after the latest gesture ends.
• Restart the shared countdown safely when an active gesture is cancelled.
• Preserve v0.1.9 as the previous stable rollback point.

Verification

• Confirmed by the user in Zotero 9.0.6.
• TypeScript typecheck passed.
• 30 automated tests passed.
• XPI package verification passed.
