What's changed
- Add Chrome manifest localization for English and Simplified Chinese, enabling separate localized Chrome Web Store listings.
- Keep the existing in-app English and Simplified Chinese language selector unchanged.
- Add release-artifact checks that require both locale files in every production directory and ZIP.
Security and permissions
- No new required permissions.
- No host permissions or content scripts.
- Native Messaging remains optional and is requested only when Agent Control is enabled.
