v1.1.0 — toggle to install (no dock)

Enabling the plugin now installs the FX/SFX folder view; disabling it puts the stock library back. No dock, no buttons — the plugin toggle in Project Settings → Plugins is the on/off switch. Restart the editor after toggling so the Object Library redraws.

Fixes the v1.0.0 Install/Repair button that could lock up the editor by re-extracting the whole library every click; extraction now only runs when the files are actually missing.
