• Restored dsh-tabbit on DSH 0.2+: settings use the new plugin Config form,
  while older DSH versions keep the existing settings service. Legacy Tabbit
  settings are migrated into the new profile without overwriting values
  already set there.
• Fixed browser-backed web_fetch with current Tabbit CLI arguments. Each
  fetch now finishes its browser task, closing the leftover about:blank tab
  group. Older CLI arguments remain supported.
• Fixed --tab acquisition on reused tasks with the current CLI. If a task
  is quarantined and checkpoint fails or is unavailable, the plugin reports
  the failure instead of retrying code that may already have run.
