rows per page doesnt work with sorting columns (postgres)

What happened?

If you have rows per page enabled eg. 10 rows per page, and then if you try to sort a column it doesn't apply the rows per page.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a postgres table
2. Set the rows per page to 10
3. Click the sort arrow next to the column name multiple times

Expected behavior

Expected that the Rows per page is applied even after sorting
