Changing Maximum Row Limit for MCP Server not respected in `export_data`

What happened?

When changing Maximum Row Limit via Settings > Integrations > Server Configuration, this value is not respected in the export_data tool call.

Fix would allow the user to effectively decide how many rows can be exported.
