Added

  • Compare & Sync between two databases, over schema objects or row data. Starter license. (#721)
  • Seat release, team roster, per-Mac last use and macOS version, and your role in Settings > License.
  • Copy Key in Settings > License, kept out of clipboard history.
  • Support TablePro in the Help menu, the welcome window and the sidebar.
  • Triggers as a sidebar section, alongside Procedures and Functions. (#2383)
  • Procedures, functions and triggers on MSSQL, Oracle, SQLite, ClickHouse, DuckDB, Snowflake, BigQuery, Cassandra, LibSQL, Cloudflare D1, Teradata and Dameng. (#2383)
  • Read-only source viewer for procedures, functions and triggers, with Copy, Export and Open in Editor. (#2383)
  • Procedures, functions and triggers in the quick switcher, with argument signatures on ambiguous names.
  • Compare, a fourth EXPLAIN plan mode, and pinning a saved plan. (#2380)
  • Beancount tables for directives, pads, named queries and custom directives. (#2399, #2413, #2415)
  • Account booking, note tags and links, and balance assertion details on Beancount tables. (#2415)
  • Local table load history, kept 7 days and never uploaded. (#2395)
  • list_triggers for MCP clients, and return_type and language on list_routines.

Changed

  • Settings > License in place of Settings > Account, with iCloud Sync in its own pane and Linked Folders under General.
  • The license pane states an expired, suspended or unverified license inline, with one action and a purchase link.
  • Sync Paused, a separate state for a license the app could not check.
  • One Refresh in Settings > License, replacing Refresh and Check Status.
  • The license key masked and not selectable.
  • The PRO badge names the gated feature and links to the pricing page.
  • The data grid draws its own cells and column separators, opening a result with hundreds of columns at once. (#2381)
  • The inline cell editor scrolls a long line instead of wrapping it. (#2381)
  • Row inspector fields, cell popovers and the Compare row diff follow the data grid font. (#2393)
  • The connection color as a badge behind the connection name, a dot on the rail icon, and deeper tag badge fills. (#2398)
  • A database stays in the connections strip until you close its entry; Close ends the connection on the last one.
  • Autocomplete and the database picker follow the query tab's own database and schema.
  • Beancount postings keep their own flag, price, and resolved lot date and label.
  • Beancount connections report the active rledger or Python Beancount version.
  • Beancount ledger plugins are skipped unless the connection turns on Run Ledger Plugins.
  • Turkish, Vietnamese, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese cover every remaining English string.

Fixed

  • A table with 500 columns pinning a core for 20 seconds and taking a gigabyte to open. (#2381)
  • Flickering columns, blank columns and an unpainted gap while scrolling a wide result sideways. (#2381)
  • A second of delay opening the inline editor on a result with hundreds of columns. (#2381)
  • Find, arrow keys, the inline editor and Size All Columns to Fit unable to reach a column scrolled off the side.
  • Return opening no editor on a row selected with the arrow keys, and Tab or Shift+Tab out of a row's end doing nothing.
  • An empty grid the first time a table is opened in a window with no tabs. (#2342)
  • One table click running its query twice, and a closed tab leaving its query counted as running. (#2342)
  • Crash exporting two same-named tables from different schemas to SQL. (#1968)
  • SQL export writing rows into another schema's same-named table, and dropping columns and keys after the first. (#1968)
  • One of two PostgreSQL function overloads missing from the sidebar, with Show DDL opening an arbitrary one. (#2383)
  • MySQL Show DDL reading the session database instead of the one being browsed. (#2383)
  • Routine tooltips, VoiceOver labels and Copy with Signature showing a return type in place of the arguments. (#2383)
  • Duplicate routine rows in the flat sidebar taking the selection back to the first of them. (#2383)
  • MySQL triggers losing their definer, WHEN clause and ordering, and Oracle triggers showing a header with no body.
  • The welcome window offering Activate License to a Mac that already holds one and has just been offline.
  • iCloud Sync calling an unverified license missing, and reporting a live sync after the license was removed.
  • The app freezing after turning on iCloud Sync with many saved column layouts.
  • Every settings write failing once the sync record cache filled the preferences file past the 4 MB limit.
  • The sync status returning to Synced when sync was turned off mid-sync.
  • The license server never contacted again after removing and re-adding a license in one session.
  • The device list error surviving a later successful refresh, and a renewal warning counting zero days above Expired.
  • A previous team's shared connections and saved queries surviving deactivation.
  • The connections strip disappearing when you click the entry you came from.
  • Cancelling a close leaving the window on the connection the strip revealed.
  • A strip entry in another window raising that window without showing the connection.
  • A disconnected connection's entries dropping to the bottom of the strip, and all but one leaving it.
  • A connection opened from a file or a URL losing its strip entries when its session ends.
  • The connections strip's saved arrangement growing without bound.
  • Bulk tab close saving the tab on screen, and asking about another database's unsaved work.
  • A connection's color and name not reaching the toolbar and workspace rail until the next reconnect. (#2398)
  • An invisible connection dot in the history drawer and compare strip, and a warning icon in the engine color. (#2398)
  • The JSON viewer keeping its old font after a font, theme or text-size change, and hex dumps wrapping mid-line. (#2393)
  • AI inline suggestions written without the schema, and columns missing for a table named with a capital letter.
  • Case-insensitive filters and completion on Redshift falling back to PostgreSQL's ASCII-only ILIKE.
  • PGlite connection form offering SSH, SSL, Cloudflare Tunnel and SOCKS panes, and a password field.
  • Redshift and CockroachDB system databases listed in the sidebar as ordinary user databases.
