v0.82.0
41f46bc

Solarized, GitHub, Catppuccin, Gruvbox, Tokyo Night and One Dark themes, VS Code theme import, and a Theme Editor with live preview.
Custom themes sync over iCloud. Appearance is set per Mac, and a Mac on an older version that syncs settings switches to System.
Set Value generates UUIDs and applies to every selected cell. Add Row, Duplicate Row and Paste fill a UUID primary key with no default.
Queries run on ClickHouse 23.8.0 to 23.8.8, read-only profiles connect, and servers before 22.3 load indexes, views and functions.
Get beta updates in Settings > General. Registry plugins update after a TablePro update instead of from an Update button.
SAP HANA plugin 1.0.0 to 1.0.3 shipped a helper without the Go crypto/tls fix for GO-2026-6607. It updates with TablePro.

Added

  • New UUID in a UUID primary key the server does not fill, on Add Row, Duplicate Row and Paste. (#3446)
  • Edit > Set Value in the menu bar, with rows in Settings > Keyboard. (#3446)
  • Generate UUID and Generate UUIDv7 in Set Value, the row inspector and Fill Column, a new value for each cell. (#3446)
  • VS Code color theme import in Settings > Appearance, from the theme's .json file. (#3452)
  • Theme Editor window with a live preview, undo and Revert Changes. Open windows show each edit as you make it. (#3452)
  • iCloud sync of custom themes, with Settings on in Settings > Sync. (#3452)
  • Theme import by dropping files on the Themes list, and export by dragging a theme to Finder. (#3452)
  • Solarized, GitHub, Catppuccin, Gruvbox and Tokyo Night themes in light and dark, plus One Dark and One Light. (#3452)
  • Get beta updates in Settings > General. Every update now comes from a signed feed at updates.tablepro.app. (#3501)
  • Drag the line beside the connections strip to widen it and read long connection and database names. (#3526)

Changed

  • Set Value applies to every selected cell, or to the clicked column across the selected rows. (#3446)
  • Text typed into a column that is not a date or time saved as typed, even when it reads like now(). (#3446)
  • Set NULL and Set DEFAULT in the row inspector shown only where the column takes them, as in the data grid. (#3446)
  • Default only on new rows on SQLite, libSQL, Turso, D1, ClickHouse, Databend, Snowflake, Trino, Cassandra and ScyllaDB. (#3446)
  • SQL functions in Set Value and the row inspector listed per database and only where they fit the column. (#3446)
  • UUID functions in SQL Functions replaced by Generate UUID, which writes the value itself. (#3446)
  • Pending SQL functions in the data grid drawn like a pending default. (#3446)
  • Server Dashboard sessions and slow queries shown as data grids, with Cancel Query and Terminate Session in the header. (#3452)
  • Appearance (System, Light or Dark) kept per Mac instead of syncing. Older versions that sync settings switch to System. (#3452)
  • SQL previews in history, filters, maintenance and review sheets highlighted as in the editor, in the editor font. (#3452)
  • SQL aliases and parameters drawn in the editor text color instead of the NULL color. (#3452)
  • Compare & Sync status bar shows the target connection's icon instead of a colored dot. (#3452)
  • Terminate Session and Cancel Query confirmations name the session's process ID and user. (#3452)
  • Data Files, Compare & Sync and Open in Window value windows show the theme in the titlebar on macOS 26 and later. (#3452)
  • Editor tab strip over a themed window on macOS 26 and later drawn in a system fill instead of the theme color. (#3452)
  • Themes move to the Trash instead of being deleted. Undo reverts a trash, rename, duplicate or import. (#3452)
  • Plugin download progress shown as the bytes arrive instead of jumping to full at the end. (#3491)
  • Welcome window and What's New show the build number after the version. (#3497)
  • Registry drivers such as Oracle, SQL Server and MongoDB load on first use instead of at launch. (#3502)
  • Registry plugins update after a TablePro update, not from an Update button; a loaded one updates at the next launch. (#3507)

Removed

  • The com.TablePro.customRegistryURL setting for a custom plugin registry. (#3515)

Fixed

  • Every ClickHouse query after connecting failing with UNKNOWN_SETTING on 23.8.0 to 23.8.8. (#3445)
  • SQL Server 2016 RTM offered a CREATE OR ALTER VIEW template it cannot run, and Azure SQL a drop-and-create one. (#3445)
  • ClickHouse SQL export writing the current database's table structure for a table in another database. (#3445)
  • ClickHouse users with a read-only profile unable to connect. (#3445)
  • ClickHouse indexes, view definitions, functions, table comments and sizes failing to load on servers before 22.3. (#3445)
  • Opening a ClickHouse executable function's definition showing a syntax error. (#3445)
  • A ClickHouse query that failed partway showing its partial rows and the error text as a row instead of the error. (#3445)
  • A ClickHouse query with a FORMAT clause showing garbled rows in the grid and in an export. (#3445)
  • Stored text such as CURRENT_DATE turning into today's date on Duplicate Row or Restore Previous Values. (#3446)
  • MariaDB uuid columns read as CHAR. (#3446)
  • SQLite's datetime('now') offered on DuckDB and gen_random_uuid() on Redshift. (#3446)
  • Empty field in the multi-row inspector after the selected rows were given different values. (#3446)
  • NOW() offered on SQLite, Oracle, Cassandra and MongoDB, where it fails or saves the text. (#3446)
  • Default on a saved row storing the text __DEFAULT__ on Teradata and DynamoDB. (#3446)
  • Copy as INSERT and Copy as UPDATE quoting a staged SQL function. (#3446)
  • SQL functions saved as text on SQL Server, Teradata, Spanner and BigQuery. (#3446)
  • SQL Functions such as SQLite's datetime('now') and ClickHouse's today() saved as quoted text. (#3446)
  • Date functions and a date picker offered on Cassandra and ScyllaDB timeuuid columns. (#3446)

  • Selected row text in white over a theme's selection color, or in the theme's color over the system selection. (#3452)
  • Theme files with a JSON syntax error reported without the line and column. (#3452)
  • Connecting and Not connected panes, and Agent mode, in the system window color under a theme before macOS 26. (#3452)
  • Selected text in SQL previews, such as query history, ignoring the theme's selection color. (#3452)
  • Changes to a theme file made outside TablePro not shown until Settings > Appearance was opened. (#3452)
  • Server Dashboard lists and the Query Insights chart ignoring the theme. (#3452)
  • No-match, invalid and NULL states in the JSON, PHP and array viewers drawn without the theme's background. (#3452)
  • Agent result states and proposed SQL ignoring the theme. (#3452)
  • Compare & Sync row states and Data Files loading and failure states drawn without the theme's grid background. (#3452)
  • Shapes in the result Map view keeping the previous Accent color after it changes. (#3452)

  • SAP HANA plugin 1.0.0 to 1.0.3 shipping a helper built with Go 1.27.1, without the crypto/tls fix for GO-2026-6607. (#3513)
