• Reduces unnecessary disk writes during configuration monitoring. When configuration and history are unchanged, Canopy saves only the latest observation times instead of rewriting the entire history file.
• Preserves change detection, before/after observation times, notifications, read state, and history retention in both the app and background monitor.
• Keeps existing history compatible and prevents stale observation metadata from being applied after the history file is replaced.

• Adds an optional support reminder when quitting, with choices to quit normally, open the support page and quit, or cancel. The reminder can be disabled in the dialog or Settings.
• Keeps system shutdown, logout, and automatic update relaunches free of support reminders.

The reported macOS 27 crash itself was not fully reproduced. This update removes the layout-sizing problem that matched warnings immediately before that crash.

• Hides previous account limits after authentication failures and clearly marks retained values during temporary connection failures. Local usage history remains available independently.

• Adds AI usage monitoring for Claude Code and Codex: account limits and reset times, local token history, model breakdowns, sessions, and recorded context usage.
• Adds a configurable menu bar. Choose providers, quota windows, today's tokens, active sessions, and context usage separately for the status bar and its popup.
• Brings usage dashboards, account and session details, settings, and the menu bar into Canopy's shared visual design. Dashboard quota values and charts show remaining capacity, with explicit missing and stale-data states. The menu bar also supports a used-capacity display.
• Keeps local collection and optional account connections separate. Existing background monitoring coordinates collection and notifications without duplicate records.
