Tactic Remote v1.9.0
Tactic Remote 1.9.0 expands the multi-agent workspace with Droid support and local usage-limit
visibility, while making reconnects, session recovery, notifications, and plan state more reliable
across iPhone, iPad, Mac, Linux, and Windows.
Rollout status: The Mac and Windows companions and the Mac/Linux CLI are available now.
iPhone and iPad version 1.9.0 has passed App Store review and remains under manual release
control, so the App Store may temporarily continue to offer 1.8.2 during this staged rollout.
What's New
New
- Agent usage at a glance — View current Claude, Codex, Amp, and Droid usage limits in the
sidebar. Account data is read locally from the signed-in computer. - Droid support — Factory Droid joins the agent picker alongside Claude Code, Codex, and Amp.
Improved
- Reconnect and session recovery are more reliable after network changes, device switches, or
companion restarts. - Notifications return to the originating conversation, and choosing a folder with an existing
session switches to it correctly. - Session lists and plan limits stay accurate across restarts.
- Cloud speech-to-text uses regional routing with clearer unsupported-language handling.
- Optional pseudonymous product analytics never include code, prompts, terminal output, file
paths, or project names and can be disabled in Settings.
