Brought the repo to the forge Python-MCP standard: src/memsearch_mcp/ layout, fastmcp>=3.2.4,<4, MIT LICENSE, CI (3.11–3.13, ruff + pytest≥80% + pip-audit), .gitleaks.toml, CONTRIBUTING/ARCHITECTURE, tests/conftest.py stub for the non-PyPI memsearch lib. Coverage 77%→96.6%; moved bearer-auth out of [Unreleased]. Security audit memory-mcp-trio-repo-standard-2026-07: clean (1 low accepted). See CHANGELOG.md.
