MultiCode-inator v1.1.0

This update was supposed to just be a nice quick UI fix for MultiplayerExtensions. Instead I ended up adding some new features and rewriting half of the mod. 🙂

Changelog

• Moved mod settings to a modal, accessible from the right of the lobby code in the multiplayer options panel
• Added option to post lobby code whenever joining a new multiplayer lobby
• Rewrote logic for handling stream services
