Fixed test brittleness in status command tests by using temporary directories

Technical Details

Status command tests now use mkdtempSync to create isolated test environments
Prevents ENOTEMPTY errors when cleaning up .taskwerk directory
Ensures tests can run in parallel without interference

Testing

All tests pass locally and in CI
No test failures or flaky behavior observed
