I don't know how to setup a server resource pack
Due to the way Minecraft handles music system, when the plugin attempts to stop the music from a jukebox, it will stop all the same type of music. Moreover, original record music must be played in order to trigger the dance animation of parrots. Therefore the plugin will try to stop the original music after a brief moment to ensure all the clients have received the effect-packet. However, this might fail due to packets arrive in the wrong order. Hopefully, these limitations can be overcome soon in the later update to better simulate how the vanilla jukebox work.
