Public landing page and sandbox entry for WorkWell

Goal

Create a polished public landing page for workwell.os.mieweb.org and a sandbox entry experience that does not require the visitor to manually log in.

Context

Doug's notes ask for:

• a main page with a clear banner/about section
• a visible link to GitHub
• a link to try the sandbox
• a video on the main page
• no login required for the sandbox entry
• room to extend the same treatment to related subdomains later (ecqm.os.mieweb.org, twh.os.mieweb.org)

Scope

• Replace the current root redirect with a public landing page
• Keep the design clean, minimal, modern, and professional
• Add a strong hero, supporting value props, GitHub link, and video/embed section
• Add a sandbox CTA that takes the user straight into the demo experience without a manual login step
• Make the landing page responsive and production-ready
• Preserve the existing authenticated dashboard experience for /programs and beyond

Acceptance criteria

• Visiting / shows a public landing page instead of a redirect
• The page includes a clear product banner/about section
• The page includes a visible GitHub link
• The page includes a video or video placeholder section on the main page
• The page includes a sandbox CTA that does not require the user to manually log in
• The design is polished, minimal, and mobile responsive
• Existing authenticated app routes still work
