Adds real H.265/HEVC codec negotiation to the Quest client.

What changed:

  • Added Graphics → Codec with H.264 and Prefer H.265
  • Prefer H.265 automatically falls back to H.264 when the host or another client cannot use HEVC
  • Codec changes apply to the active session through ParsecClientSetConfig
  • Performance Stats now displays the actually negotiated H.264 or H.265 codec
  • Upgraded the bundled Parsec Android SDK from the legacy v1 API to the v6 API that exposes decoderH265
  • Preserved bandwidth, Constant FPS, audio live-edge, and Quest shortcut changes

This is an unofficial experimental community build. The Quest 2 supports hardware HEVC decoding, but the host must also support H.265. Hardware testing is still recommended before replacing a known-good installation.
