Add GH action to transform reference style markdown links into inline links

Use something like https://github.com/remarkjs/remark-inline-links to transform markdown link styles:

• reference style is more user friendly to manage in nexus-next and nexus-sdk /docs directories
• Gitbook is rather opinionated in making them inline
