RWR-PlaceholderAPI v1.1.0

First public release of RWR-PlaceholderAPI.

Highlights

• Adds the rwr PlaceholderAPI expansion for ResourceWorldResetter 5.1+.
• Provides global, per-world, and player-world placeholders for identity, state, reset status, countdowns, next-reset times, and last outcomes.
• Adds %rwr_world_names%, an automatically updated list of managed-world display names in configuration order.
• Supports Spigot, CraftBukkit, Paper, Purpur, and Folia on Minecraft 1.21.4+.
• Uses the public RWR API without shading RWR, Bukkit, or PlaceholderAPI dependencies.
• Includes configurable caching, fallbacks, localization, and /rwrplaceholder reload|status commands.
