  • #1310 7aa34f6 - fix(virtual-core): let a user scroll end a non-smooth scrollToIndex before reconcile has seen it land, so a later measurement no longer pulls the user back to the old target

  • #1309 e7a0a92 - fix(virtual-core): leave resizes measured before a scroll command's write is read back to reconcile, so an upward scrollToIndex no longer jumps back and stalls until the safety valve, and build scrollBy on a just-written offset
