Six checks: linked issue, issue already claimed by someone else, PR bursts across GitHub, deleted or unticked PR template, brand-new accounts (summary only) and diff scope (off until you map paths). By default it only warns: one comment that updates in place plus labels. Nothing gets closed unless you turn that on.
