v1.2.2 minor fixes/improvements

• ReadMe has full documentation now.
• utility.ls now works like utility.open with callback or function as argument.
• utility.is_file works slightly better
• utility.enumerate(list) enumerations now contain a name key for debugging.
• utility.print_table(table) now has a fallback version for when inspect is not present.
• Fixed utility.curl_read(url, curl_options) trying to use utility.open incorrectly.
