First independent release of the /experiment command, extracted from SpecPi under MIT.

An experiment is a detached Git worktree created at HEAD, closed by exporting a patch or discarding it. The base worktree, its index and its uncommitted changes are never touched. Do the work in a separate Pi session opened in the experiment directory.

/experiment recover reconciles records against what Git actually tracks, and never deletes a directory Git still tracks.

Extracting the experiment-card parser surfaced a live defect, fixed here with a test: the field regex used \s, which matches a line break, so an empty field ran past its own line and captured the next label. A blank card recorded its hypothesis as "Acceptance:" and its acceptance as "Non-goals:".
