SpecPi 0.17.0

Delegated reviews can now correct bad tool arguments and malformed reports without losing the passages they already read.

• Larger default budgets, adjustable with /delegate budget.
• Ordinary authentication, credential, and session source files are allowed. Actual credential stores remain protected.
• Response length follows Pi's model settings instead of a separate 8,192-token cap.
• Clearer errors when a review cannot continue.

Upgrade the CLI, update its managed resources, then restart Pi or reconnect SpecPi Chat:
