2.2.7 Comparative Best and Even Player Distribution Update

Rewrite of map selections on 10k player files. Goal is more player scores on less played maps, and less on maps that are overrepresented. The result is great improvements on Acc Saber and Beat Leader suggest.

Overweight/Tech style slider has been updated to 20% default values.

2.2.5: Fix where wrong max score could be used (known error corrections always get applied, regardless if fixed or not on source)
2.2.6: Test Build: Created Alternative Algorithm for comparative best, that tries to split found top 30's evenly among songs, and activated it default for BL.
2.2.7: Fix, Alternate leaderboard assignment forgot to keep looking for an entry every round until options was exhausted, causing possible assignment starvation on maps.
