Embark v0.9-beta

Changelog:

• fix wrong condition in install criteria
• fix some installers unable to install due to shell=True
• get rid of success return codes -> migrate to exceptions
• refactor&fix exception handling in install task
• add more verbose logging to install task
• migrate from project_scripts.py -> Makefile
