Small fixes on top of the first release (still versionCode 229).

  • Input ↑/↓ and .kb stepu / .kb stepd recall command history (like keyboard arrows)
  • Input bar: Edit/Send stay put when text wraps; grows to about 7 lines
  • One connection notification; hide the live scroll thumb
  • Button edit polish; xterm-256 color fix
  • Accordion dropdown menus: solid black
  • Swipe help: edit buttons via ⋮; Help: aliases/triggers with $1
