feat(observability): прокидывать имя модели в Langfuse generation - #52

agent.Service получает llmModel через WithLLMModel(model) и передаёт в StartGeneration вместо пустой строки. main.go прокидывает cfg.LLM.ChatModel. Без этого Langfuse не матчит pricing/cost. Имя модели должно совпадать с записью в Langfuse settings (Models → Custom). Например, для DeepSeek API принимает deepseek-chat, но дашборд может показывать display name deepseek-v4-flash — в этом случае выставить LLM_CHAT_MODEL=deepseek-v4-flash и завести такую же запись в Langfuse. DeepSeek API принимает алиасы (deepseek-chat / deepseek-v4-flash) — оба роутятся в одну модель.
