@Tarun-032 Tarun-032 released this 03 Aug 02:54

What's new

  • Notifications setting. A new row in Settings shows whether Cura is allowed to
send notifications, and takes you to the system settings to change it.
  • Missed lines get a second look. When Cura can tell the table it read is missing
something, it can ask the AI model to point out which lines were skipped. The model
never gives the numbers. Anything it points at has to already be printed on your
report or Cura throws it away, and anything Cura already read correctly is left
alone. Works on both the on-device model and the cloud one. The privacy wording in
the app and the README has been updated to match.

What's better

  • Reports that print the test name and the result squashed together used to get
skipped entirely. Cura now picks them up.
  • Numbers where the scan confused a letter for a digit are now corrected.
  • Reports written as notes instead of a table now show the report's own text instead
    of an empty list.

What's fixed

  • Cura used to turn things like the order number, your name row, or a stray unit into
a fake result. Those are gone.
  • A long reference range could squeeze the test name so hard it printed one letter per
    line.

Cura is now under the Apache 2.0 licence, previously MIT.

First public build of Cura.

Scan medical reports, prescriptions and bills. The text is read on device and
organised into a searchable timeline. Ask questions about your own records using an
on-device model, or an opt-in cloud model that never sees your name, date of birth or
hospital.

Before you install

Android version 8.0 (Oreo) or newer
Device arm64 (any phone from the last several years)
Free space about 2 GB, since the AI model is fetched separately on first run
