5.0.1 - Teensy fully supported, fix include.

This is a service release in the 5.0 series.

• Teensy has been fully tested with an ISR rotary encoder and TFT_eSPI screen, works really well. Some small patches to determination made so be sure to use at least this version of designer and libraries for Teensy.
• Fixed the case of an include statement that prevented compilation on Linux due to filesystem case sensitivity.

This is a web and library release (ensure to update all our libraries to the 5.0.x latest available when using this version). There is no Java API update.
