• Increase summary line width buffer from cols - 10 to cols - 18 to account for Claude Code's right-side StatusIndicators reducing available width in row layout
• Reduce tool name truncation from 25 to 15 characters to prevent MCP tool names (mcp__xxx__yyy format) from overflowing summary lines
• Document width guard rationale and development workflow in CLAUDE.md
