Breaking changes

2.6.0 removes the additional tealium-react-native-swift.podspec that was required on earlier versions, and included the swift files in the basic tealium-react-native.podspec
This has also required updating all optional modules and remote commands to use the latest tealium-react-native to avoid dependency on the tealium-react-native-swift one.

Versions therefore compatible with tealium-react-native 2.6.0 are below, and will require updating at the same time as the main package.
